A monthly subscription fee is paid to secure the services of an exclusive project team. Your campaign will be run by a Campaign Lead from Insight to ensure all deliverables and SLA’s are met so all hires are completed on time.
Augment
Looking to compliment your current workforce with a key hire or building out a project team? Insight can provide an augment solution to get your business critical goals met in time and on budget with pre vetted, off the shelf talent on a consultancy or project team basis.
Embedded
Insight will provide a seconded consultant to perform the role of a Client’s Talent Acquisition function, handling everything from sourcing to direct applicants and process managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
