During the project’s critical energisation phase, our client urgently needed a team of 6 APs/SAPs after their internal consultants withdrew. We swiftly curated a shortlist of qualified professionals for on-site start-up meetings, ensuring HSE compliance. Morning meetings with contractors, vendors, and operations were conducted diligently. Our streamlined onboarding process provided top-tier support, with alternative work arranged within the client company for offboarded individuals. Within 48 hours, the first workers were on-site, ensuring a quick turnaround. The AP/SAP team's expertise significantly improved project outcomes, leading to considerations for their continued utilisation in upcoming projects, both within and outside the client's realm.
