Job Title: Project Planner 
Location: Vienna, Austria
Salary: €65000-€85000 per annum 

As a Project Planner, your primary responsibilities include producing high-quality project plans for both tenders and live projects, monitoring project effectiveness, and assisting teams in delivering projects efficiently and on time. You will also prepare resource allocation plans, identify changes in work scope, develop claims for time extensions, and produce project reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will update project schedules, forecast timelines, and ensure the dissemination of essential project data.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
  • Experience in project planning and site operations (e.g., site engineer).
  • Proficient in planning software, time management, and budgeting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills.
