^{We are looking for an experienced Head of Technology to lead our Development Team. You will oversee the development and maintenance of bespoke systems, including CRM, databases, and our website. This role requires strategic leadership and effective collaboration with senior management to align technology with business objectives.}

^{Key Responsibilities}

• ^{Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a high-performance environment.}
• ^{Strategic Planning: Create a technology roadmap that supports business goals and drives innovation.}
• ^{Stakeholder Management: Communicate technology strategies and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.}
• ^{Project Oversight: Ensure successful delivery of technology projects, adhering to budget and timelines.}
• ^{Technical Guidance: Maintain the integrity and performance of all developed systems and stay updated on industry trends.}

^Requirements

• ^{Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7-10 years in technology management with 3+ years in leadership.}
• ^{Technical Skills: Strong background in software development, database management, and project management.}
• ^{Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.}
