We do this by offering minority groups the coaching and guidance needed to help them succeed in a biased sector. Alongside this, we want to present businesses with an insight into the tools & approaches they can utilise to diversify their own workforces.

Through pooling knowledge, experiences & influence, we believe we can make an impact on DE&Iwithin Tech and Mission Critical fields. Through our Let's Get Inclusive community, we want to offer the opportunity for people to improve and upskill their knowledge around DE&I topics by providing the essential resources to strive toward collaborative success.
