Meet Ryan Embrey-Jones: Business Manager, Technology

Tell us about you and your background?
I started my career in recruitment back in 2018 with an internal role at a Health & Lif insurance company. I made the move to agency recruitment at the start of 2020 and progressed from there. My market experience covers Digital, Data, Tech and SAP across Europe and the UK, and my role experience starting as a 360 perm recruiter lead to being a Division Manager.

Why did you join Insight?
It’s a very exciting time for the business focussing on sustainable growth, and the opportunity to scale and expand an already established team is something that excites me and suits my experience. We have a great culture here with a solid team in place, and a clear vision of where want to go.
