Meet Lauren Harrison: Business Support Executive

Tell us about you and your background?
I’ve had many part-time and full-time jobs growing up, but my career in recruitment as Business Support began a year and a half ago. I enjoy working in recruitment companies, supporting both internal and external business growth and development. I love collaborating with team members and helping new resources thrive.

Why did you join Insight?
I joined Insight for a new challenge and to push myself further. I see this as a chapter of growth and development. From the very beginning of the onboarding process, the team’s warmth and support made my decision to join so easy!

What’s your role at Insight?
I’m a Business Support Executive on the Operations Team. I’ll have the privilege of working with the amazing Mission Critical Team and supporting their efforts.

What does Insight’s purpose of Empowering Sustainable Growth mean to you?
It means driving development in a positive and forward-thinking way.

Interesting fact about yourself
Two years ago, I ran my first 10k in Manchester. I followed that by running the Manchester Half Marathon last year, and I’m now training for the Manchester Marathon in 2025!
