This means our customers get the benefit of dealing with a dedicated account manager who understands their business & industry, whilst a candidate specialist fully focuses on identifying and delivering the best talent in that space.

We care about our customers, they are at the heart of everything, which means our Senior Management team are as heavily involved and accessible as our sales and support teams. His journey took him through top performing sales consultant, award winning business manager to eventually becoming a Partner running one of their key brands in the UK

With a passion for people, coupled with a professional curiosity in anything technology related his vision is to provide best in class quality of service associated with the resources of larger agencies but with the flexible and personalised approach of a boutique provider.

Adam has a strong background of recruitment and building businesses from the ground up. After spending a number of years in recruitment for the UK’s leading health and social care recruitment agency, Adam set up a Financial Technology & Marketing organisation which employed a large team of developers.

Through this experience of working closely and relying heavily on technology he firmly understands the importance of having the right talent within your organisation to drive your business forward.
